General contractor serving Central Texas, TX since 2013

Tri-State Homes and Construction LLC is a family owned and operated general contracting business serving Central and Southeast Texas. We build, renovate, and remodel residential and commercial properties, and we bring the same care and craftsmanship to every project, whether it is a custom barndominium, a home addition, or a full foundation pour.

Our founder, Phil Fazin, started his career in construction in 1992. He learned the core trades through formal training and hands-on work, covering framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and sheetrock. Guided by mentors who valued doing the job right, Phil built a deep understanding of how homes are put together from the ground up.

Inspired by those early experiences, Phil founded Tri-State Construction in 2007 and later established Tri-State Homes and Construction LLC. Since then, we have served thousands of customers across Texas, growing through referrals and repeat business from homeowners and property owners who trust us to deliver.

We are insured, bonded, and hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our license number is 32061745041. We also offer free estimates and stand behind every project with 100% guaranteed work. These are not just policies. They reflect the way we believe a contractor should operate.

Our services cover the full range of residential and commercial construction needs. We handle custom home building, home additions, remodeling, home renovations, general building construction, and foundation pouring. If you are looking to build a barndominium or take on a large-scale commercial project, we have the experience to see it through.

We serve homeowners, property managers, and developers across Central and Southeast Texas. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We believe in constant communication, showing up on time, and always doing what is right for the people we work with.
